Log in to the System
Enter your email and password in the provided fields to access your account.
Access the Document Module
Navigate to the sidebar and select the Document module.
Click on Documents, then choose the Create Document button.
Upload Document Details
In the input field, provide a name for your document in the Title field.
Specify the maximum number of clients as needed.
Upload the desired document and click Next to proceed.
Customize the Form
A customizable form will appear. You can add or delete fields as required.
Fill in all the necessary details in the form and click Next to continue.
Add Signature Boxes
In your document, add a signature box by clicking on it.
Go to the Edit icon to assign a field name for the signature box.
You can add multiple signature boxes, for instance, one for a client and another for an advisor.
Publish the Document
After completing all the steps, click on the Publish button to finalize and upload your document to the system.
