Log In
Enter your email and password in the login form.
Click the Sign In button to access your account.
Navigate to Workflows
Locate the Workflows title in the sidebar menu and click on it.
Access Templates
Go to the Templates section.
Click on the Create Workflow button located at the top-right corner of the page.
Create a Workflow
Enter the workflow title in the Title field.
Select a document from the Documents dropdown menu.
Click the Save and Assign button to save the workflow.
Assign the Workflow
The Assign Workflow form will appear. Fill in the following fields:
Advisor: Select an advisor from the dropdown.
Clients: Choose the relevant clients.
Final Reviewer: Add the final reviewer.
Reviewers: Add reviewers as needed.
( This is an optional field in a case when owner wants Advisor to review it )
Receiver: Specify the receiver.

Note: Optionally, add additional information in the provided text area.
(optional)
Once all fields are filled, click the Assign Workflow button.
You have now successfully created and assigned a workflow.
